This place blew me away! Each dish was carefully designed and crafted. We came here for my Birthday to try the amazing hot and cold soup concept, it was indeed a fantastic experience and unforgettable taste. The menu showcased incredible creativity and precision The chef clearly knows how to elevate simple ingredients into something extraordinary. The service was impeccable, music was great, and the staff were knowledgeable and attentive. We will be back here for holiday seasons!

I have to say, this was the best Michelin-starred meal I’ve had in the whole Bay Area. Maybe it’s because I’m from New York and tend to be picky with food, but everything here was outstanding. The service, the atmosphere, the food were all truly impressive. If I could give six stars, I would. The price was also very reasonable for the quality, making it feel like an incredible value. Highly recommend. I’ll definitely be coming back.

One of the best experiences we've had at a fine dining restaurant!! Shh don't tell anyone this place is a local best kept secret.. Each plate is masterfully composed and decorated.. every plate was thoughtful and delicious.. the service and atmosphere are impeccable.. down to earth and friendly and kudos to whoever put together the music playlist!! Anomaly is so refreshing achieving a balance of amazing cuisine without being pretentious.. We knew we were at a special place when we saw the tomato with a smile in the kitchen .. Love that Anomaly is just a few blocks from our place.. We'll definitely be back!

I came here for a birthday and we were meet with a glass of wine before we even sat down. We were all very pleased with the spring tasting menu as well as the wine pairing. Every dish was very unique but with classic flavors. Very good experience.

We’ve been to a lot of incredible restaurants in San Francisco and around the world, but this one absolutely blew us away. For the quality and creativity of the 11-course tasting menu, the price is more than reasonable by San Francisco standards. Every dish was not just delicious, but beautifully balanced between spice, salt, and texture in a way that felt almost magical. The vegetables stood out the most—they were done with such incredible skill and finesse that I actually looked up the chef mid-meal. Chef Mike Lanham, who not only crafted these amazing dishes but was also part of the service, created such a welcoming and personal vibe that it felt more like being in a friend’s kitchen than in a high-end restaurant. There’s flavor, there’s thought, and there’s heart in every course. The service was amazing as well! Well done!!

Ridiculously amazing food, experience, and staff. The food had all the complexities, care, and novel ingredients/preparation expected but then also tasted so. darn. good. Everything on the supplements menu is a must and I wouldn't share D. The food experience, ambiance, and Chef Mike's introduction of each course is fun. I surprisingly left full. Anomaly might be my new go-to place for treating friends and I'll definitely be back to check out the new menus.

Thoughtful and excellent choice of ingredients and very well presented. Service was high caliber. A glass of sparkling at the entrance. Questions answered, options offered, napkins were re-folded and cups were refilled. Dishes were extremely well made and prepared, delicate textures and flavors. I think my only complaint, a personal preference really, is that the flavors were too similar across dishes and slightly too salty for my taste. Otherwise, the experience was a dream. The vibes were relaxed (the space was well designed and furnished) but elevated. Thank you so much for having us!
